He really has cut some weight it appears.

I don't know why several of the junkies from other sites don't post here as well...you would think they would.

I hate watching the Storm wrestle Greco.

Grab a two on one, push you out or score one, then grab another two on one for the remainder of the period and stall like heck. Like watching paint dry.

I'll see if I can find any.

This wasn't necessary a diss on the Minnesota wrestlers, but in the 3yrs I coached at Fargo, what I mentioned about their style was pretty accurate. Just hate watching it.

How about someone learning to defend the two on one?

No I don't like it because its boring to watch. Like I said, grab a two on one, sumo pushout, then grab two on one, stall for rest of the period.

Oregon has produced some great Greco guys too.

Oscar Wood, Isaac Wood, Glenn Garrison, Anthony Amato, Broderick Lee, Tyrell Fortune, Jacob Mitchell, Ryland Geiger, Alec Ortiz, Brock Gutches, Norman Richmond, Joey Chandler, Marty Eng, Jake Cranford, Scott Loescher, Luke Hogle, Kenny Cox, Bobby Janisse, Mat Sprague, Marc Sprague JR, Dan Russell, Dan Vidlak, Joe Russell, Rick O'Shea, Jack Vantress, just to name a few.

Oregon has always been one of the better Greco states. Just don't like the Minnesota style.

I was matside in the coaches corner for that one. funny thing about that one. Ortiz weighs in after the match and weighs about 165. The Minnesota kid weighed after the match at about 185. Rutt barely made weight at 171 for freestyle.
