Oklahoma has a dual state tournament the week before regionals. Easch class within the state is divided into 8 districts and each district winner goes to dual state.

Now we are going to have contests as to who will be the lowest seeded wrestler to place.

Reporter: “This was your first hurricane?”
Florida man: “Yes, we hadn’t had any of them around these parts before Michael.”
Reporter: “Is there anything that you could compare the experience to?”
 Florida man: “Oh, sure. Women.”
 Reporter: “Women?”
Florida man: “Yeah. It turns out that hurricanes are pretty much just exactly like women. They show up and there’s a whole lot of thumping and banging and sucking and blowing and then suddenly your house is gone.”

LOL...thank you we agree.

I dont think we do... I think there is a good benefit to seeding all 33.

By seeding all 33 we can can avoid some first round match ups of conference foes for instance.

Ha.  You tell me then what the purpose of seeding is.

My guess is if it is even mentioned in the rules, would be to reward wrestlers who are deemed superior and to separate them from other accomplished wrestlers untill they have advanced as per their seed.

It's one thing when they can do it all by the numbers but when there's any subjectivity to it it becomes kind of stupid to waste that much time on it. Seeding is meant to separate OUTSTANDING individuals. How can the entire bracket be outstanding with regard to each other?

Where is this written in the rules about seeding?

If Fix, Lee, Suriano and Brewster etal all show up at 125 that will be pretty stout as well.

Jack Youngblood played on a broken leg.  Different era for sure.

In the locker room he told the trainer to "tape an asprin to it".

One of my earliest memories as a boy was going out with my dad and his .16 gauge to take care of the woodpecker... I had the honors of scaring the bird off the awning to watch him be virtually vaporized a second later.

So I'm sure everyone has already heard about the new Anthony Robles feature in the works, but nothing is posted here yet. As many of you know, I have been and always will be one of Anthony's biggest fans and supporters, so I am pretty psyched about this movie. Do you think Jason Mitchell is a good choice?

Here is an actual photo of Robles and McDonough just before the famous NCAA match commenced:

Yeah... we remember what kind of "fan" you are of Robles alright.

Another "out there" prediction:   UVU will win the national Dual tourney.

There's "out there" and then there's light years out there. This is the later.
