You answered 11 of 11 questions correctly

Sorry guys. This proves the quiz was rather pedestrian. If I got 11 of 11 correct, it wasn't difficult, at all. Ask CTC, I'm not that intelligent.

He is coaching wrestling at a private school in Arlington, Texas.

Actually, he will be coaching at a private school in Fort Worth now.

Arlington, Fort Worth - semantics!!

Trust me, there is a big difference between the two.  ;D

I've heard rumblings about going to 6 matches per day, instead of 5. If not this year, I assume there will be some attention paid to girls wrestling, with official rules for uniforms, hair, etc.

You want more action? Call stalling more on the top and bottom guys. If you want to give a point for riding time, go ahead and award it once a wrestler as soon as he has 1 minute of riding time, but he still has to be working. After that, there is no longer incentive to keep a guy on the mat. There is so much stalling on the mat, it's sad.

I watched a pretty definitive video showing Suriano grabbing Fix's head gear in the 2nd OT on that pass by. It wasn't incidental.

How could you tell with all of Fix's mop in the way?

FS rules don't discriminate.  You step out, point for the other guy no matter for what reason.

Actually, that is not correct. If the officials deem that a wrestler is pushed out, no points are awarded.

2nd ref can only advise.  No 1 retains authority for his initial decision and reversal of it.

THIS is a problem

That's always been the rule with 2 man mechanics. The whistle has the final word. The 2nd is there to give input and what he saw, but it's always ultimately the whistle's call.

Fantasy 2018-2019 / Season Wrap Up

Congrats to Dutch for winning the regular season scoring race for the second year in a row. Once again you knocked it out of the park, winning by 250 points.

In the NCAA Championships, Regulator was able to come out 8 points ahead of Dutch, with five top 4 wrestlers to Dutch's four top 4 placers.

I hope everyone enjoyed the season and hope to see you back again next season. If you have any suggestions of a rule change you would like to see for next season, please let me know and we can vote on it. Thank you again for your patience when I get a bit behind on scoring.
