Is there a Constitutional Right to....

...have gay sex (or any sex) in a PUBLIC RESTROOM...(as long as you are quiet about it)?

 -OR-

If a cop walks in and sees 4 legs in a stall, should he be prohibited from knocking on that stall door to investigate an act of public indecency?

What question are we answering?  You asked a double barreled question.  This poll is flawed.

Sounds more like a state issue.

Is there any thread that is not in danger of a sparky hijacking to "a gay sex in the airport stall" argument?

I answered No because only a complete moron would think there was a constitutional right to have any kind of sex in a public bathroom.

The answer to the second question is of course yes, the cop is prohibited from doing anything more than inquiry even if there are four feet in their unless there is a real reason such as visual clues or sounds that indicate it is anything but innocent.  The four feet may be a father and his little boy, it may be a nurse and his handicapped patient, lots of innocent situations can result in four feet in a public bathroom stall.

Ummm sparky has never hijacked any thread to a "gay sex in an airport stall(by the way what is an airport stall?) argument.  It is RV, tight_a$$ and yourself who hijacks threads to discuss gay sex because you guys are obsessed with it due to your extreme homophobia brought on by your insecurity in your own sexuality.

The only one trapped is the stupid person who claims that one person said something that can clearly be proven he never ever said.  And then he is too stupid to realize how ridiculous he looks.  Poor tight_a$$hole will never learn his lesson.  He just keeps opening mouth and inserting his big foot.  Oh well at least we all get a good laugh.
