If they strike down mandatory medical insurance payments, it will clearly open the door for an attack on the legality of mandatory Medicare deductions, if they don't address it at the same time.

It's pretty funny how the rightwing complains about "Judicial activism" whenever a ruling goes against their beliefs..but when a rightwing Supreme Court, with members married to active political lobbyists, refuse to recuse themselves for a conflict of interest then there is no problemo!

Is he talking about Sotomayor or Kagan?  I believe it is Kagan that has the only real conflict of interest here.

This court doesn't make many sweeping decisions so it be a mix and match type decision.
