What is the purpose of this sport?

Also, a buddy of mine said he watched some brutal sport that had something to do with the ref waving a feather.

I'm assuming the match ends when one competitor's back touches the ground (whether the opponents are in contact or not)

LOL no. He said it was pretty brutal where it seemed like a free for all. The ref waved some stupid feather to signal a person was out. As in knocked out I believe.

I dont understand when you are 'sposed to wrestle and when you're 'sposed to slap.

I think this should be a chick sport.
