My Father's Day gift
« on: September 29, 2015, 07:04:31 PM »
I'm really sorry I forgot to tell everyone.  I got myself a Father's Day gift.  I have a 25 year old and this is the first time I've done this.

It is an Epiphone Les Paul Standard Pro Plus-top.  It has Pro-bucker pickups with the ability to go single coil or double coil humbucking on both pickups.  The pickups are quite powerful and sound great!  It is sweet and sounds awesome.  I just love it.  I had a little help and encouragement from Toby in picking this out.   Thanks Toby - I'm enjoying it immensely.

Very nice.  Post links to your YouTube concerts.

If I did, the audience would be the camera!!!

I am enjoying it and the picture is accurate.  It is a Honey Sunburst finish, the neck fits my hand pretty well, and it feels pretty good to me.  I have definitely been playing more since I got it and that is a good thing!!
