You're right of course.  I will eat a few here so I don't have to spend eternity eating them.

Do you like Rocky Mountain Oysters?  You better start eating them too.   ;D
Several are on "ignore".   I won't argue with the ignorant and disrespectful..

I just came across this title while eating brussel sprouts. No crap. I like them fried over a little olive oil and a few dabs of coarse sea salt. Lol
When all else fails, do the opposite...

The taste?

Word.  If you have to put cheese sauce on to eat them, they aren't very good anyway.  Like putting A1 on a fine steak.

Oh no no no.... Sprinkle them with olive oil (and very light dusting of parmesan, if you desire) then put them on the grill until just the edges blacken, then salten to taste.

No matter what you do tho them they taste awful.  What you are tasting is all the other stuff that, I agree, tastes good.  You could probably choke down a slug too if you cooked it like that.

I give you the famed Banana Slug.  We have these all over the place.  And yes, they are big and juicy.

But don't salt them, they'll melt away until nothing is left
