Gold Standard Officiating Examples
« on: February 08, 2018, 07:27:26 PM »
Dear All:

If you could please kind post examples of what "Gold Standard" officiating is, and what new, old, and veteran refs should strive to emulate, that'd be greatly appreciated. If you know of any amazing matches you saw where the officiating was top notch, caught on film and easily shared in a public manner, please feel free to post them.

I think these kind of videos would be beneficial to any official in the game.

Thank you so kind in advance.

Best officials balance the letter of the rule with spirit of the rules.

Great advice for sure, ties right in with "Not looking for boogers."

I would still like to see a Gold Standard "officiated" match ( from the mechanics, positioning ,calls, etc.). If you come across a HS match that fits this, please post here for all to view.

Thanks in advance.
