Earl's Final X thoughts
« on: June 26, 2018, 10:57:59 AM »
"From most accounts, the attendance in Lincoln was not great. In State College, it was better, but there was still plenty of empty space in both end zones."

JB posted:Attendance at the three #FinalX sites from what I've gathered
(no, I do not have the full breakdown of paid, comp, staff)

Lincoln: 2,916
State College: 2,783
Bethlehem: 995
Total: 6,694.

This jibes with my estimate of 2500-3000 at Devaney.
Hope springs eternal.

I remember World or Olympic team trial finals being aired on NBCSN. Flo ruined it by taking the broadcast rights. I haven't watched even a single final, not been on YouTube.
When all else fails, do the opposite...

The olympic styles have been ruined. When 10 professionals, (four coaches, two athletes and 4 referees) cannot agree on who scored points, the rules are shit.
