It happens right before US Nationals and they probably need to compete there to get into Final X.  Dake, there is some talk of him going 74 at US Nationals even though he accepted the finals position in Final X for 79kg.   

You know, it seems to me that you would want your best at the US nationals, otherwise, it is not truly a US Nationals.  I would think USAWrestling would move US Nationals so that these guys could easily compete.

I never heard why Green is not competing, but I know Ashnault was asked if interested around NCAA's and was offered the slot about 2 weeks ago.

I am trying to figure out the difference between the Pan Am Games this past week and the Pan American Games in August which has another freestyle tournament.
