Minor - muscle strain

Major - ACL & MCL knees

While shoulder tears are not as frequent as knees tears, the shoulder tear is more likely  to be the career killer.  Quite a few have survived multiple knee surgeries, but for the shoulder, its 2 and a lifetime BBQ

Can add concussions to the list.
Christians warned about the Antichrist for years. And when he came, they voted for him.

I got my shoulder stretched as a volunteer coach while I was doing Veteran's Wrestling.  Still hurts and that was in 2002 or so.  I might have hurt myself with that one.  He wanted to turn me with a half or some kind of neck crank and I wasn't going.  It was not even serious wrestling, just situational.  He tried to hard and I did too and my shoulder gave way!
