2021 WCs starts this weekend
« on: September 29, 2021, 03:27:19 PM »
Ok, who you got?  GR/FS/WW?

I'm going to be a homer and predict FS mostly all wins a medal.

Taylor/Dake/Burroughs Gold
Snyder/Cox Silver
Gilman/Green/Gwiz Bronze
Fix/Yianni  not sure - potential is there.

GR - I really don't know much

WW - I don't have any predictions other than they do better then stellar Olympic results.

With GR, I really like Hancock and think he has the best chance to get a medal.  Hopefully he is even better than his Olympic showing.  The other 3 on the Oly team were not too impressive to me and I'm guessing the other 6 will not be too impressive either.  I hope I'm wrong.

Nix Fix
Gilman needs a great draw
Yianni slips in, likely Bronze, possibly Silver, depends on draw
Burroughs struggles with the weight class, may not medal
Cox is back atop the podium........... if he makes weight
Snyder falls to Bronze

Hmmm.   I'm going to have to agree to disagree.  I also think Burroughs at least medals, unless his calf gives him trouble.

Gilman and Burroughs won Gold.  Cox won Bronze.

So that is 6 medals in 8 weights.  Pretty good.

And Snyder is in the finals with The TANK so guaranteed medal there . 7 of 10 is not bad at all.

Snyder needs to focus on Sad, if anyone actually can.  He's the only person in the world he cannot beat.

7 medals out of 10 weights is outstanding.  Great FS this year.

Hancock lost 97 GR in the semifinals so he sits in the Bronze medal match tomorrow.  Everyone else has not done as well.
