I thought I had added the link to the photo of him and his commitment but once again something went wrong.  So at the risk of failing twice in a row I'll try AGAIN

Canyon Mansfield was the 2021 Idaho 4-A State champion at 160 lbs last year for Century H.S. and in 2020 he was the Idaho 4-A State runner-up at 138 lbs (22 lbs lighter than in 2021) for Century H.S.

I'm just wondering what weight class he will be at next season.  He was at 138 lbs in 2020 and at 160 lbs in 2021.

I can't find any record of him at the Idaho State HS wrestling tournament this year (2022) so I'm assuming he was a Senior in HS in 2021.  Question is what's he been doing since graduating from HS in 2021?  And what is he tipping the scales at today?

He may well have been a young senior and took the year off to mature a bit more.  Based on that article, I suspect he's been in the weight room everyday.

BTW the Idaho wrestling classifications are:

5-A (biggest schools) - Minimum of 1,280 total enrollment

4-A (next biggest schools) - 640 to 1,279 total enrollment

3-A - 320 to 639 total enrollment

2-A  - 160 to 319 total enrollment

1-A - Division I - 100 to 159 total enrollment

1-A - Division II - 0 to 99  (unclear how a school has 0 enrollment but whatever)
