We called them floogles for some reason.

And by girl I meant boy.  I had to change the picture and forgot to change girl to boy.

when I lifeguarded we called them "death traps".  I'm pretty sure parents never realize that they actually make it incredibly easy for your child to drown.  Those arms go up above the head and your nose and mouth are underwater.  Bye Bye.
