I think UFC. Even though it is less coveted, it represents an individual achievement rather than a team achievement. Lots of guys have superbowl rings that had minimal impact on the team. Oh yeah, I should add that UFC is an international sport and superbowl only represents USA.

But I'd rather have an Olympic Gold then either of those two.
