We do two....my dad makes one in a deep fryer and I do one in the oven.

lol. good call rock. I prefer fried. We got a deep fryer two years ago and now we do two deep fried and it is awesome. I enjoy standing next to it and smelling the bird as it cooks. It is like the ultimate chubby kid cologne. lol.
