Its not about competition. Yes I started this based on the sad state of affairs over there, but I still support wrestling and if the sport is to ever really grow, more working together is needed.

I also hated Vegas but would go there. Cleveland... NEVER!!

Seems like KC would be a much more sensible move.

Basically what they've done is moved every major tournament to the Midwest or East coast. This was the last major wrestling tournament on the West Coast and it was tougher than crap. Now, it will get weaker and weaker with lack of tough competition from both sides of the country.

The nationals moved to Cleveland because the folks in Cleveland bid on it.  Las Vegas didn't.

The Vets are grouped with Western Juniors now.....correct?

I would imagine the vets really enjoyed being able to compete and catch the seniors...

That would make too much since what or when?  Not following the flow there.

My $0.02:  Travesty, utter travest and trajedy and conspiracy and all that to move US Nationals (Senior and Veterans) away from Vegas along with FILA JR's and Western Regionals.  Just wrong in my opinion.  I can understand wanting new venues but the Vegas tourney had a billion people there.  I don't think they will get more using this as a model.
