I'll have to look at your list after the Midlands and see how things shake out. That's a massive effort on your part. I have a young friend from Penn wrestling there this year and I'm anxious to see how he does. Anyone going to see it live?

I wish I could.  My ranking may change after some head to heads at Midlands too.

I'll weigh in on 125 and 133 tonight, with more to follow tomorrow. I notice you have Nickerson going at 125, so I assume you have insider info that he will move to 125 in Jan. I think he has mostly wrestled 133, right?  Also, while Joey Slaton didn't look to good in the Iowa/ISU dual, I predict he'll pull it together and get the start over Dennis down the stretch. I think he's just too good.

125

2.   Paul Donahoe, Senior Edinboro
3.   Angel Escobedo, Junior Indiana

6.   Reece Humphry, Junior Ohio State
7.   Lou Ruggirello, Junior Hofstra

ny - I see you have Dennis at 33. You think he'll take Slaton's place in the lineup. Dennis is a great kid. I'd love to see it happen.

I have my predictions in through 165 (see edited post above).

NY - you should set a deadline and see how well our predictions match the NCAA results.

JD, I think thats a good idea.  Maybe we can all post preliminary picks and then allow everyone to make changes when the brackets come out.
I am a huge Dennis fan, and I think as of right now you have to give him the spot, since tommy Brands is.  I think Midlands will give us a better picture of who will start,

ny - do you really think Moza can pull it off at 65? He's another one I really like and would love to see it. Doc, I think Reader will do much better. He really looked sick during the IA/IA STATE match. The Midlands will be a clue for everybody.

I think he can definitly do it if he wrestles to his potential.  I don't see any clear favorite at 165, and I think he has the skills to pull it off.

Falck is day to day.  Nothing for Iowa fans to worry about.

I'm glad to see it. I always liked the kid. It does make me think that Slaton can no longer make weight.

I agree.  I wonder if Slaton will try to wrestle off Tshirts for 141.
