Anyone got Fix stalling late in the third which should have tied the match?

Didn't see it but I believe it.  He stalled the entire bout with Suriano and was called once on it.  All he does is circle in the center and defend.

Fix looked a lot different to me in his last three matches compared to the first 19. Is he hurt, or is it just the competition? I don't know.
