I presume the doc thought he saw ringworm.

NJ would have no means to allow the kid back in.  He would have to file in court for an injunctive relief and it would remanded to the Dept of Education for a hearing. That's not to they cant create a pigtail to let him in.  The question becomes where do you place that bout in relation to seeding?

Or do you just seed the kid based on his record.

Got a special "wildcard"....will have 17 kids in a weight class (instead of 16)
