Wouldnt shock me at all if Cox lost.

Who can beat him? IIRC his last loss was on criteria in the Olympics. His last loss to an American was Dake.
I'm not claiming that Kollin Moore will beat him, but Cox won their match in December only 6-4. Still, I think Cox will be ready for the NCAAs.

When's the last time all 10 national champs finished undefeated?  I'm not saying it'll happen this year, but it is as likely as any other scenario.

285: Snyder is a lock.
197: Cox is a lock.
184: If Dean isn't a lock, then only Nickal will beat him, and either guy could finish undefeated.
174: With BoJo's lingering injury, I don't see him finishing undefeated, but who can stop Zahid?  Mark Hall might upset the 10 undefeated champ scenario.
165: IMar a lock
157: Nolf a lock
149: Sorensen is the only one who could potentially spoil a Retherford perfect season, and that most likely isn't going to happen.
141: Will anybody stop Heil from becoming the worst 3x national champion of all time?
133: Clark would have ran the table here, but with his injury I don't see anyone taking out Tomasello.
125:  Gilman was one of the surest things at the beginning of the year, but everyone will be out to Lizak him come tourney time.

Any oddsmakers out there?
So Clark would have run the table? Really? Have you watched Tomasello at all this year? I'm not saying Tomasello would have have been a lock against a healthy Clark, but I would like his chances.

He wrestled well.  I don't know that any of the US wrestlers who were "better than him" would have actually done any better.  Time to give Frank some credit.
Consider it given.

Good job Tank.  Cuban is going to be a tough one.
He kept the pressure on. I guess the Ukrainian must have cut a lot of weight. He tried to bite Franks arm off.

Yeah, the downside of international wrestling.  Very political.  That, and freestyle can be very subjective.

Of course, I'm biased because I'm a Brandon guy, but it seemed as if all of the ref's calls favored his opponent.  He was put on the shot clock almost immediately, even though the other guy wasn't doing anything either.  The 2 + 1 after that was probably the right call, but it would have been better if he had called the two and then the one later, instead of waiting for them to go out of bounds and then call 2 + 1.  The final call was strange, the crowd didn't like it and the one mat judge was adamant that it should have been 2 for blue.  One of the things I don't like about freestyle - the JV heavyweight backwards roll often counts for back points in favor of the guy who rolled through his back.
I'm not a "Brandon guy", and I agree with you. The matches of his that I saw were as you said.

My sports section lists wrestling as starting at 12:30 on MBCSN, so they may skip the repechage and just show the medal matches.
MBCSN? What's that? Is that the NBC equivalent of ESPNK (Kardashian edition)?

I've seen that throw in Greco and in Judo, but not in freestyle. He must have scouted Snyder.

And for the record, I "exited" the feed, not "excited". The feed. If the feed was, in fact, "excited" I had nothing to do with it.
