My black lab's name is Lucky!!  How great is that.

He also got ran over.  He wasn't yet a year old and my wife was hoping he could play with the kids over the summer.  Well, he broke his leg way up high and we had to keep him sedated for weeks while it healed.  But he's all lab, 4 year old and still a little puppy mentally.

One interesting thing about him is he heards our chickens.  At first he wanted to eat them (yes he's neutered), but now he heards them around.

Whats?? He heards the chickens??!! Thats funny stuff  My buddy could use that dog because he has a ton of free range chickens he's always trying to catch.

Well,

He only herds chickens he knows.  New chickens have to be defended by the humans until he gets used to them.  We have 6 females and he was just getting used to them when a "friend" gave us a rooster.  He would herd the hens but the rooster he was after with blood in his eyes for about 2 months.  Now the rooster is ok.  Wo to the new chicken that pops on the scene.

Lucky also hates raccoons.  Last night I came home and saw a raccoon pawing at his dog dish.  So I brought it inside, called him, he sniffed it, I let him outside.  He sniffed around for about 5 seconds, stood up straight and shot like a bat out of %%%% after that raccoon and he went in the right direction.  He's had a few scrapes with those guys.  He's pretty nasty when he wants to be, even neutered.

So as a result, we don't see deer, raccoons, or coyotes anymore.  The bear hasn't been around like before and the cougars haven't been on our property for awhile.  We did see a bobcat a few months back, I'm not sure where Lucky was but I think he would have been after him if he was outside.

I had a blue tick we trained by spraying cats that were left on the farm with coon urine. There were lots of cats running round with no tails :D

My daughter's Portuguese Water Dog just died tuesday night.  Poor dog had lymphoma and we didn't figure it out until it was much too late.
That sucks and I'm sorry to hear that.

It does suck and that dog was one of a kind. I found her living in a drain pipe in Georgia while I was working construction for the the 1996 Olympics. We passed this group of pups on the way to work and I tried to catch one for a week. I finally used some of my lunch, got her, and named her Georgia. New dogs a good one just not Georgia.

My last black lab was run over by a loaded log truck in front of my house. Lucky my friend saw her before the boys got off the bus and took care of her for me. Awesome dog. Once I was working on my truck and she was bothering me so much I said "LAY DOWN!". Well, I ran to town, got busy, and when I got back five hours later she was still on that sheet of plywood looing at me like "can I get the heck up now jerk?"!! My new one is as dumb as a rock!LOL!!

Wrestled varsity in 8th grade and decided to tell the heavy weight he was lazy and fat. Him and the 97 pounder held me out the third floor window by my ankles and wanted me to beg them to bring me in and I wouldn't. After about a minute they bring me back in and dead leg me a few times till I couldn't even stand. Coach told the heavy I was right and dismissed them both from the team. After that I porked his girlfriend at his sisters house while he was passed out drunk. She was a senior too.
Did you wear this while you did her?

what are the odds?
I base my belief Jones will win because he's from shamrock wrestling club. The same that put out Nickerson, Dake, JPO, Vinson, Decker... not saying that means much really, but it just seems like they have a belief they are supposed to win.
Blaha blaha!!! Just tell me to shut up please!!

Whats the story behind red shirting? why? How'd it start? Why not have everyone wrestle fr. year? Just thinking about the Ivy guys and how they'd have made out with one.
