Is it easy enough to buy lower level tickets from a scalper at NCAAs?  Would there be all session tickets or would I just have to find some for every session.

I don't think you'll have any problems.  There are tons of guys out front selling tickets.  I've never really stopped and looked to see if there lower level but I've heard some of them talking as I walked by and they were saying they were good ones.
