I just noticed that this topic concerning the 2008 olympian was just removed from da mats forum.

I'm with Crab as well on the topic. If I'm a parent I would be a little upset if a member of the coaching staff involved my kid in anything illegal (I don't care what it is). Its not like it would be hard to take an extra 1/2 hour and buy permits...for whatever animal is currently in season.

As I stated in the thread title...poor decision making.

Does it surprise you that it was removed from those forums? Funny how those Iowa topics seem to vanish.

I still remember all those threads they left up that constantly bashed Zalesky, were asked to be removed and weren't.

They allow baiting where you are from bryce?  That isn't hunting, that's just shooting.

Zadick is F'd.  Gonna cost him a bundle if they prove one of those bucks was taken out of season.  Illegal hunting with multiple students......that could cost him his position.

I don't see anywhere where it says that the Zadick and JD cases are linked.

Good point Cruo...I jumped to conclusions after reading Crab's last paragraph.

Great to see you Old-n-Slow...I hope you stick around a bit more now that the season has begun.

I love this weak sauce explaination on the other board:

"USA Wrestling has removed a topic from its message boards concerning media reports about 2008 Olympian Mike Zadick. There have been no charges to date against Zadick in this case and the conversation concerning this has included personal attacks against the athlete and his program. We believe that further discussion at this time does nothing positive for the health and promotion of wrestling, which is why these boards have been provided."

Funny how people were allowed to do this when the Okie St guys got in trouble. Typical USAW BS. No wonder the traffic for this site keeps going up. Great job TOM for not being the typical Communist organization that believes in censorship and controlling the media.

Good. More people should be because its that typical BS that makes USAW look like a complete joke when they consider themselves "leaders" of our sport. Their Iowa bias is so blatantly obvious, its sickening and yet when you call them on it, in public or to their faces, they deny any wrong doing. Karma is a mother though.

Isn't there a wrestling politics board to bitch about USAW and their forums?  Lets stay on the topic of the DNR stealing Zadick's deer and planting coon carcasses in JD's dorm room.

dude this lady seemed freaking CSI/Nazi all rolled into one.

it's not "baiting" if the pile is gone before season.
