That's just the list of the squads that have earned the award in all 10 years. Northwestern is the only wrestling program to go 10-for-10 at being in the Top 10 percent.

Campbell the only team on the list, they have a waiver pending though.
Their postseason appeal was already successful. Their waiver pending is for level two penalties, specifically, losing four hours (and one day) of practice time per week in-season, four hours (I believe total) of practice time out of season, mandated that that time is replaced by academic activity, and a reduction in the legal number of contests.
