Wrestler weighs into wrestle at 120. Doesn't make weight.
Tournament director places him into computer at 120 and 126.
Kid wrestles 2 matches at 120 and 2 matches at 126 before the error is noticed. Yes, he also wrestles within 45 minutes obviously too.
Wrestling took place in two gyms. Wrestler had two coaches, each happened to be in different gyms and coached him at the same weight. Coach A had his matches for 120 and Coach B had him for 126.
What happens at this point?

If he doesn't make weight, he doesn't wrestle, period.

Akin,
He doesn't make weight at 120, so he's eligible to wrestle at 126, correct?
Regardless,
He
wrestled
2 matches at 120 and 2 matches at 126 before the error is noticed. What happens at this point?

Nope, an individually bracketed tournament. Yes, an extremely crazy scenario.

If he was his team's representative wrestler at 120, he is ineligible as soon as he busts weight. He is not able to be moved to a different weight. In this case, all match results would be invalid.

Why not have the two kids he beat at 120 wrestle off to see who advances in his place?
