How do you rectify this BAD TIME (if at all possible)?

Dual meet.

Team A is up 5 points (in team score).

Down to the last match.

Team B knows they need a pin.

Final match goes to Overtime.

Wrestler from Team B takes wrestler A straight to his back.....ref blows whistle, gives 2 TD. Ends the match.

Can this be rectified, if so, how?

Nope, the match is over. Ref screwed up by blowing his whistle, but you can't go back at that point. Team A wins dual by 2 team points.
