Wrestler on top is down quite a bit, able to turn kid on the bottom.....bottom asks for an injury time out...ref stops match and injured jumps right up ready to start.

I'd DQ the kid if I could, but definitely ding a point for unsportsmanlike, award 4 NF, deduct some injury time, and give the offensive wrestler choice of position. Hopefully the wimp didn't change the outcome.

Top wrestler went on to lose the match. I don't think you can arbitrarily give wrestler choice (if it's 1st injury timeout)...I think all we can do is award penalty point and USC call.....I guess we have the jurisdiction to assess a Flagrant Misconduct (but seems a tad harsh), but I do wish we could DQ the wrestler.

"any act considered by the official to be severe enough to disqualify the participant for the match"
It would certainly send a message to the athletes.
