I think the Poland Open is a seeding tourney so maybe he is trying to improve on his seeding at the WC's.  That would be the only explanation after his tirade about proving to everyone that he belongs at 97 and will dominate it.  Why not show the world now?  Oh well.   Tourney is June 8-13.
