Upcoming Rules Changes-NFHS and NCAA

NFHS:

NCAA wrestling is going to a two year cycle when publishing books.  Next rules change for college will be in 2012.

Nothing major...pretty straight forward.

I am curious to see what the NFHS puts out as far as scissors as part of points of emphasis.
