He should get tossed and the football team should get investigated.  this situation sounds like things the football team at my school have done, going in groups to parties with the intention of starting a fight.  thugs should be on the street fighting each other, not in colleges.

Its called AIS

Alcohol Induced Stupidity and its rampant on Colleges everywhere. I should know, I once suffered from it. (ok...more than once)  

But that theft most likely wasnt an AIS situation.
