ESU got beat by Del Val...Del Val won six matches...
Thats a DIII team beating a DI team handily.
Any thoughts?

It happens Augsburg has done it several times. They pounded on NDSU already.
Del valley has a solid team this year as well.

What is the situation at East Stroudsburg? How many scholarships do they have? Paid assistants? I realize that DIII has "zero" scholarships, but some D1 schools operate pretty close to that level.

My 8th grade coach was from E. Stroudsburg. Tony Ptak. He took 3rd at 158 in DII his senior year. Being a Penn kid in Oklahoma, he took a lot of grief for "talkin funny".

I think ESU only has like 3 or 4 scholarships.
They are also set to drop to DII next year from what I hear.
And Del Valley is a great DIII team...still.
Sucks for your confidence if you're from ESU, to only win four matches against a DIII team.
