Got this in my e-mail
It says NWCA Members only. So join and then vote... or visa versa as your conscience dictates.
Its about coaches with lots of wins (100+).... If you know one. Let them know.

Award nominees must be a current member of the NWCA and will be recognized at the NWCA Awards Banquet on March 18, 2009 in St. Louis, Missouri.

Apparently you have to know their contact information as well (address and phone)?
